Home Inside-Out
2020 will go down in history as 'the year we stayed at home'. This epoch will be unforgettable for its tragedy but also for changing our perception of how we live - especially in metropolitan cities. As we grow more familiar with our homes, this magazine hopes to help Havering residents use creativity and design to revolutionise their living spaces.
Home Inside-Out is an inspirational guide to help you become your house's very own 'Artist In Residence'. Containing expert knowledge on architectural techniques, as well as fun tips on playing with your home decor and local community spaces, it is written and designed by urban design and architecture team 'WSMS Studio'.

As we begin our journey into the 'new normal', our towns have become more like lifeless terminals than engaging community spaces. Bird Box / Bird House is an experimental community project, asking local Havering residents from Harold Hill, Romford, Orchard Village and Rainham to engage both online, through a VR gallery space (as we maintain social distancing rules), but also in a project offering something that we all crave after almost three months of isolation: physicality and connection. Through a postal activity and evolving sculpture in one of our local 'new-normal-non-spaces', we will bring back life to a queue-absorbed community shopping centre!

As we recieve your fabulous window designs, we will upload them to the official 'BirdHouse' VR Gallery. This means you can enjoy your artwork from home, see the designs of others, and share with those that may not be able to make it in person to the BirdHouse sculpture in Romford.
Flock & Fly
The NO Collective, and our local London borough of Havering, is packed full of talented and inspirational creatives. 'Flock and Fly' is a film series inviting viewers to emerse themselves and soar through the artist's vision; looking at the world from different and inspiring viewpoints and showing local residents where to start with their creative ideas.
